Join us for a Dinosaur Show at the Romney, Hythe & Dymchurch Railway.

Booked event ticket times are the start time of the show. 

Don’t forget to bring your camera!

Pre-booked special train tickets guarantee a seat on departure from Hythe to New Romney Station after the dinosaur show.

There is a choice of departures from Hythe to New Romney:

10:50 Tickets | 11:30 Recommended train journey departure from Hythe

12:20 Tickets | 13:00 Recommended train journey departure from Hythe

13:20 Tickets | 14:00 Recommended train journey departure from Hythe

14:20 Tickets | 15:00 Recommended train journey departure from Hythe (last service from New Romney for a return is 16:05)

  • Then enjoy a return miniature train ride from Hythe to New Romney.

  • Visitors may also get the chance to get up close and personal with the dinosaurs.

Catch it all at the Romney, Hythe & Dymchurch Railway 13 - 14th June 2026: 
  • Activity pack, including ‘decorate your own biscuit’, which will take place at the Heywood Buffet.
  • Children’s outdoor play areas will be open at New Romney.
  • The Heywood Buffet will be open for takeaway drinks and snacks including our popular children’s lunchboxes.

Optional extra:

  • Face painting at New Romney Station (£5 per face)

Train Fares:

  • Adult: £26.00
  • Child (1-17 years): £20.00
  • Child (under 1): FREE  

Important Booking information

All VIP departures leave from Hythe Station (CT21 6LD).

Please note, 14:20 tickets must return on the 16:05 from New Romney Station.
