Please note this tour includes plenty of walking over shingle and other rough ground. Unfortunately on this occasion we cannot accommodate wheelchairs due to the nature of the terrain.
Join the RHDRA Heritage Group at Dungeness for a buffet tea at the End of the Line Restaurant before your steam train tour begins. Travel from Dungeness Station to Britannia Points where you may either remain on the train or alight as the loco steams round ‘the loop’ where you can then re-join the group. Steaming off to the Pilot/Pilot Halt viewing the turning triangle and onwards to Leonard Road, Greatstone Station and ‘1/2 mile curve’ our tour guides will be talking you through all that there is to see. Stopping at Littlestone South Station- 1928 style- and steaming onward through Platform 1 at New Romney and arriving directly at the Engine Shed, this tour is a must for any enthusiast!
